Does it feel like sometimes you are just surviving?
…I can help you bring balance and peace into your life!
The belief of blending mindfulness with self-confidence to create boundaries helps us to discover a better understanding of who we are and what we need to have a more fulfilled life. I can help introduce you to tools, guidance, and a way to bring some zen into your world.
By creating an environment for you that encourages acceptance of our vulnerabilities and commitment to behaviors that are based on our values, we will focus on addressing tough feelings that we internalize and behaviors we externalize.
Over the last 20 years, I have gained extensive experience working with children and families. I have experience working with families on stabilization, crisis interventions, and providing community resources to help families thrive. I specialize in working with at-risk youth. Working with youth labeled as "at-risk" is a passion of mine.
Each of us is born with an empty book filled with chapters to capture each stage in our lives.
I utilize art therapy for expressive therapy and love to help females find their voice and confidence to excel. I also work extensively with families and couples to help heal from trauma together as a unit.
I believe in providing a compassionate environment where empathy lives, to best relate to each other and create a safe space for those in need of support and guidance.
My hope is to be able to connect with those who are "surviving" by exploring your strengths to build resilience and help flourish. Each of us is born with an empty book filled with chapters to capture each stage in our lives. Let's create a beautiful story together!
