Sometimes life feels really hard
Find meaning and purpose from difficult experiences…
Are you struggling to find purpose, meaning, and contentment? Maybe you've undergone a number of adverse experiences throughout your life and do not recognize yourself or the world around you anymore. Change often makes life feel difficult, confusing, or overwhelming, and this can be especially true if you've lived through a number of difficult experiences. Or, perhaps things are going well and you’ve built the life you’ve always wanted, but something deep inside still feels missing.
I am here to support you through the transformative process of change and growth, to meet you where you are right now, and to walk with you as you cultivate your life in the way you choose for it to be - full of meaning, purpose, and self-direction. It is my privilege to aid you on your journey.
I strongly believe that you are the expert of your own life
I believe that every one of us is doing the best we can, given the circumstances in which we find ourselves. I take a strengths-based approach and seek to create an environment in which each unique client is able to find the emotional safety, trust, and freedom necessary to facilitate growth.
I strongly believe that you are the expert of your own life. By seeking to understand each client from his/her/their own individual, lived experience and perspective, I am best able to facilitate and support you as you actualize what is already within. I welcome everyone to my practice.
